  • For your first three watches, there are no fees to you. That means we find you the best offers and present them to you at no charge.

    If you decide to sell your watch, the dealer who purchases it may pay a small fee to Council. You would not be responsible for any fees.

  • Once you’ve accepted an offer, the process to sell your watch is:

    • Receive a prepaid, fully insured shipping label. All you need to do is securely package your watch and drop it off at your nearest FedEx. Or, if the dealer you selected to work with is local to you, you can simply take your watch over to them in-person

    • Once they receive the watch, they’ll inspect it for authenticity and to confirm that the watch and the accessories are as they were described

    • Once their inspection is completed, they will send you payment (typically via bank transfer, but most will also mail you a check if you prefer).

  • Council will only connect you with watch dealers that we have personally vetted. Any dealer we connect you with will be someone who is well-known in the industry to be trustworthy and will have an excellent reputation they have earned through years as a watch dealer.
